Explore the Mysteries, Find Deep Peace, Nourish Your Heart & Soul
This meeting gives birth to new approaches to age-old problems – how do we find meaning and direction in life, how do we cope with stress and anxiety, how do we deepen our spiritual practice, how can we get the sleep we need, the creative inspiration we seek?
Drawing on the nature-based teachings of Druidry and the spiritual psychology of Psychosynthesis, combined with the mindfulness techniques of Sophrology and insights from the Perennial Wisdom Tradition, the five pathways offered here help you find peace, clarity, vitality, rest, and inspiration.
Each pathway corresponds to a direction and a particular human need.
At the heart of the mandala lies a still pool — a place of profound peace that is the foundation of all the other pathways. Finding peace is not merely a pleasant aspiration; it is a foundational skill, a practice that, once cultivated, becomes the ground from which all growth, healing, and creativity can emerge.
This central practice draws from the inspirations of Spiritual Psychology, Psychosynthesis, and the nature-based wisdom of Druidry — offering a way that honours both the individual soul and the living world of Nature.

"I have found the Sophrology training invaluable and extraordinarily practical. I feel I have developed a deeper sense of presence, energy and flow within such a short period of time. Quite an experience! The course is skilfully structured and great care has been taken in the presentation of the techniques and foundations of this profound work."

The Autumn sun sets over the western ocean
As the sun descends into the western sea, we enter the realm of rest, restoration, and the dreaming mind. This pathway offers teachings and practices to help you sleep and dream deeply, and find the healing that comes only in the quiet hours — addressing insomnia and the longing for genuine rest.
"Sleep as a daily embodied spiritual practice! Philip's The Gift of the Night is a rare marriage of science and soul."
— David Peters, Professor Emeritus, Westminster Centre for Resilience
